Problem

The product had to be shown live — without a working product

The team was on their way to Saudi Arabia for a presentation. The product was not yet ready for a demonstration. They needed a convincing, interactive flow that could be shown on a tablet right in the hands of a potential client.

There is no finished product — only a concept and vision

Tight deadlines — there is no time for full development

B2B audience — they don't need a presentation, they need a live interaction experience

Showing slides in a meeting with corporate clients is not enough. They needed to feel the product with their own hands: upload a document, take a quiz, see their place on the leaderboard. Without this experience, selling the idea is much more difficult.

Solution

Full interactive flow for tablet and mobile

I set up a demo that takes the user through the entire product from start to finish — from uploading a document to the test result and leaderboard.

The flow is designed so that a manager can go through it themselves — understanding in two minutes what the product does and how it looks for their employees. Gamification is visible right away: pixel characters, XP, a weekly challenge, and a ranking among colleagues. All of this worked on the tablet without a single bug on the day of the presentation.

Result

Eight hot leads straight from the presentation

The demo worked as a sales tool — potential clients interacted with the product hands-on and left with a specific interest.

The difference between slides and an interactive demo is the difference between "sounds interesting" and "I want this for my company". Eight leads from a single presentation speak for themselves.
